INTERNSHIPS
Interns will be given the opportunity to serve in Lion Life Community’s G.E.D Program and Literacy Initiatives as well as observe the inner workings of the Cherokee County Adult Detention Center. Interns will also attend community engagement meetings and join in the daily operations of an established non-profit organization. Individuals interested in law enforcement or working in the restorative justice field would be ideal candidates for this internship. Please fill out the form below to the best of your ability.
Note: Due to the unique nature of where we teach, we require an official background check, subsequent interview, and completed jail orientation before the internship begins.
